A long time.
Actually, the code is silent, so we have to decide on a time. Since their CO is only valid as long as they
provide parking, the lease term really needs to be for a long time. If we allow a lease for only a year or
two, or whatever time, a condition of the CO would be that they have to provide us with a copy of a new
lease at the end of whatever period is decided. If they don't, they would be in violation and the CO could
be pulled.

If we have to go the rout of leasing off site parking how long does the
lease have to be for? Sorry I cant find it in the code.
