Actually, the code is silent, so we have to decide on a time. Since their CO is only valid as long as they provide parking, the lease term really needs to be for a long time. If we allow a lease for only a year or two, or whatever time, a condition of the CO would be that they have to provide us with a copy of a new lease at the end of whatever period is decided.
