Ms. Aspen:
It is our understanding that the following issues need to be resolved, prior to the
acceptance of the development at 210 West Magnolia. Urban Living Concepts have
stated the current design for drainage in the alley is inadequate for the proposed
development. The width of the drive will need to be increased at the entrance requiring
curb and gutter redesign. The current drainage pipes and pans located on our property
constantly fill with leaves and silt, and may need to be relocated or abandoned in the new
improved design by Urban Living Concepts.
We will work with Urban Living Concepts in a positive manner for the benefit of our
property and the proposed development as required in the design phase and the
construction phase of the project. Furthermore, we feel this project is a benefit to the
downtown area and look forward to its success.
