[7/17/07] Please extend concrete pans in detention pond to the points where the storm
sewers coming off the parking lot outlets.
Try to avoid the use of rip rap rundowns into the pond if possible.
Please show tree protection fencing on the grading plan.
Add a note to the plat indicating that the Fox Meadows Business Park HOA shall be
responsible for the maintenance of the detention pond located on Tract A of this
development. If the HOA will own the detention pond, then plat should be signed by HOA.

Homeowners Association")? If so, shouldn't they be a signatory on the plat in order to
accept said maintenance and ownership responsibilities? The development agreement will
need to have the same entities sign that sign the plat.
