The business seeking the 1,255 sf space is Mug's Coffee Shop, selling beverages, cold breakfast items and sandwiches. There will be no exterior changes to the existing structure. They will not be cooking anything on premises and therefore will not require any additional hoods or exterior venting and no grease trap. The current anticipated seating is for 15 indoor and 8 outdoor, with the majority of clientele being in and out and neighboring walk-in traffic. The hours. of operation would be from 6 am to 11 pm. As the majority of their business will be in and out there is no need to expand the current maximum allowable parking currently assigned to this building. A patio was added to this building through Minor Amendment #MA04120 and therefore will require no additional landscaping changes in making this land use designation change.
