An update TIA report has been done and is being submitted with this round. 3. Look at the alignment of our access and drive to the north. The drive has been moved to align with the existing drive across the street. 4. Fencing must comply with Article 3 re: articulation or dense landscaping. Fencing and landscaping has been designed to comply with section 3.8.11 for the Fort Collins Land Use Code.
