Box 580, 215 North Mason Street City of Fort Collins, 80522-0580 Dear Craig; The Dixon Canon Reservoir Company agrees to the changes proposed to the ditch system that serves Spring Canyon Community Park and Tefii Acres. The proposed changes to the ditch system will improve the availability of water to the park and to Tefft Acres. The proposed change to install a new pipe from the existing clean out in Pineridge Natural Area to the splitter box near the Cottonwood Glen Park pond is an important improvement. The present pipe has considerable seepage loss to the south. The connection for the Cottonwood Glenn lateral is deteriorating quickly. This adjustment will result in a considerable savings in water loss and maintenance efforts which will eliminate the need to encroach on the Natural Area for repairs in this area. The new pipe line to be installed from the splitter box across the park.to the Tefii Acre property line will replace a considerable distance of deteriorated pipe and open ditch. The new pipe with storage basin and Parshall Flume will be a much needed improvement. Thanks to the City for working with the Reservoir Company on these needed improvements. Sincerely, Michael G. Calhoon President Dixon Canon Reservoir Company Cc: Bill Whirty John Henry
