[5/17/05] This site is readily accessible by bicycle, yet no bicycle parking is provided.
Please provide a bicycle rack for employees or visitors to utilise. A likely location would be
the gravel area north of the front door to 1600. A rack placed at this location can easily be
removed when the structure is converted back to a residential use. It could then be used at
another location. Thanks.

[4/29/05] The existing duplex has two electric meters, one for each dwelling unit. As far as
Light & Power is concerned, the two meters can remain, but Habitat will have two accounts
and two monthly invoices for electric use. Habitat can have an electrical contractor convert
the two meters to one as long as the new service does not exceed 150 amps. If they do
