Kathleen,
My main issue is the floodplain modeling.
Since this delay in the modeling was due to the Utilities requesting the enlargement of the pond, I do not
think that it would be appropriate for me
to hold up the park FDP approval for that.
So I would support this project moving on to FDP, then we will deal with the modeling at final.

In order to stay within our project schedule, we would rather not have another PDP submittal. Steve Olt
thinks this may be possible if we resolve the Horsetooth issues with Sheri & Kathleen. I wanted to check
with you and be sure that your comments can be addressed with the FDP rather than another PDP
submittal....
