Subject: Spring Canyon Community Park suitability for public hearing
Hello all,
I just sat down with Susan Joy to look over the interim round of plans for the park, and we determined that
there were still several issues that need to be addressed in the plans prior to going to hearing:
-Clearly show existing ROW and proposed ROW on all sheets (with dimensions on at least the street plan
and profile sheet, and preferably on the overall utility plan as well)
-Clearly show detached sidewalks along Horsetooth and around the culdesac bulb, with sidewalk and
parkway widths dimensioned.
-Please provide additional information regarding the sidewalks stubbed to the park boundaries. Where
will they go? Are easements needed for offsite connections?
-Please provide additional info/redesign of the private park access connection to Overland Trail to show
that it will work.
