Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Thursday, September 15, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort
Collins, CO., 80521, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public
hearing to consider three annexation and zoning proposals in your area. The annexations
are commonly known as Interchange Business Park First, Second and Third Annexation
and Zonings, #35-05, #35-05A and #35-05B .
This is a request for three annexations of 15.55, 34.08 and 12.7 acres for a total of 62.33
acres located southeast of the Highway 14 and Interstate 25 interchange. The proposed
zoning on all three annexations is C, Commercial District.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and
input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important part of the City's review of
this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input,
written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record
keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may
have the opportunity to attend.

may be continued to October 20, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
