Subject: 215 E. Prospect Boarding House
Shelby,
We finally have some resolution as to what we'd want to get on this property. We would accept the
dedication of 9' additional ROW along Prospect to accommodate''/2 a narrow 10' left turn lane, and a
narrow 4' bike lane. We would not ask for any other improvements (i.e. no sidewalk widening). Also,
there are no immediate plans for the actual Prospect widening to occur, but it could likely happen within
the next ten years, as there was some money in BOB for it. Feel free to send any questions my way.
