Subject: FW: Penny Flats RR Crossing - DRAFT PUC Application for Review
Good morning all:
I'm working on filling in the blanks in the application. It appears that
this will ultimately be an application by the city even though we are
doing the legwork here. Please take a quick look at this draft and let
me know your thoughts. I'm not expecting you to take any action on this
right now but I do want you to be aware this is in the works.
Thanks - Dan

Subject: Penny Flats RR Crossing - DRAFT PUC Application for Review
Good Afternoon -
I have discussed this application with the PUC, and the direction is to
complete one application for both the Mason Street and Cherry Street
crossing of the tracks. Therefore, attached is the draft application for
your review. I have highlighted in yellow items that need additional
information or exhibits which you may have readily available for the
project within your shop. The green highlighted text is just drawing
attention to each of the exhibits that are required.
The application needs some data such as traffic numbers and other
adjacent land owner information that can be inserted.
Please review this for technical accuracy as well. 1 have completed it
based on what I know, but I may not have everything exactly right. Once
you've reviewed, you can redline track and send me your edits, or if
you'd like to complete them in your shop, please just forward me a copy
of the revised version. I will then send it off to the PUC for a
"completeness" check.
Ultimately, the City will need to review the application to be sure they
are okay with the wording and contents, and they will need to make
formal application to the PUC.
I am in next week except for Wednesday, and can revise if you need me
to. I'm also due to talk with Staubach next week regarding the
agreement. I will keep you posted.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
