Subject: Hellenic Rezoning
Just talked to Don Brookshire, he called because we had spoken earlier...
basically, support for rezoning is out, and he expected that
on other solutions to allow, say, a starbucks, I told him we thought it inappropriate to open this up when
we're trying to revitalize and create a stronger CC zone to the south; and also reviewed the issue of
commercial uses proliferating along arterials which has been a planning issue for probably 20 years.
