On Thursday, December 1, 2005, at 4:45 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
Conference Room C and D, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will
conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood
commonly known as Jordan-Lebsech Guest House, 1427 W. Mountain Avenue,
Project Development Plan, #38-05.
This is a request to add a one-story, 280 square foot guest house (accessory building
containing habitable space) behind the existing single family residence. The property is
zoned NCL, Neighborhood Conservation Low Density District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
