[12/27/05] Include specifications for the insulation so that contractor
knows it's not available a Home Depot or similar home improvement centers
[ 10 / 11 / 05] Provide insulation for all portions of the sanitary sewer with
less than 4 feet of cover. Insulation must be the type specifically made for
underground applications. Submit design of the insulation for review.
Include specifications for the insulation on the plans. (I have a contact
name for product and design information.) THIS IS A FINAL COMPLIANCE
ITEM.

[12/27/05] Is gas line moving out into the street? If so, provide 10 feet of
separation to sewer and check that sewer is a minimum of 10 feet from the
water main.
Stewart & Associates Response: No, latest layout has the gas line
remaining in it's existing location. Sewer main has been located 10'
to the south.
Please contact Clark Mapes of the Advance Planning Department, at 221-
6225, to see if he has any outstanding concerns or comments regarding the
Landscape Plan for the Valley Steel Addition.
JCL Architecture Response: JCL spoke with Clark regarding sidewalk
change and street trees.

3. Modify Drawing 1602 to include street trees.
Stewart & Associates Response: Street trees are north of back of
walk now - modification of detail not needed.
4. Add a plan view of sidewalk showing curbside tree plantings with all
appropriate dimensions. This is on the Landscape Plan but must be in
the construction set as well.
Stewart 8s Associates Response: Sidewalk is now 6' wide and
straight.
5. You can remove detail # 2501 since all sidewalks will be new (not
widened).
