Yes, the cleanest way for them and us would be to submit the plans with the change once theyve decided.
Otherwise, they can get their PDP approved, and then submit a minor amendment to revise their PDP. if
that's approved, then the Final Plan would need to be reviewed against the PDP and the minor
amenedment for compliance. Section 2.2.10(A) allows a minor amendment to a PDP.

Another option would be to have them just decide ArWsubmit`plans that show'the change. It would cause
a delay on their part but it would be less of a headache for us.

Hi Peter,
I had a call from Dan Rotner at Coburn about the Penny Flats project. I am in the process of scheduling
the hearing for the project and the owner's group has decided to consider dropping the western
underground parking garage because of its cost to value ratio. Coburn is willing to pursue that possibility
but wants to continue on with the schedule and;thinks, its 5050-whethgr- _ ctualty_ at route.
However, they want to be very fortheohiirij-7gWinffiirinVoNementi _ rteighhCilytipation
etc.
They way exceed the required parking right now 40 spaces or something. (They are butting up against
that issue of commercial maximums too though -how many commercial do they need to provide If they
reduce parking to still meet minimums?)
I've told them that they could perhaps state their intentions at the hearing, or I could include it in the staff
report if they want to be forthcoming and have the possibility be sort of enshrined in the PDP, but that It
couldn't be a conditional approval since they have no plan yet showing the scheme without the parking. I
told them the change would have to happen after the approval was final (filed mylars) in the form of a
Minor Amendment.
Am I missing anything? I know we've discussed Minor Amendments needed midway through projects but
I never made any notes to myself. This time I will...
Thanks,
Anne
