> In the conversations with you and Mr. Preiss about 617 Whedbee St Comcast would accept a pocket
utility easement between the North propriety line and the existing structure from the alley way into the lot.
> The minimum size of the pocket easement will be 24-inches X 36-inches. Being 24-inches wide between
the lot line and the building and 36-inches from the alley into the lot.
> I hope that this will resolve the holdup on this project going to hearing.

Katie,
Just received the attached message from Dennis Greenwalt of Comcast Cable about a pocket easement
on Steve Preiss's property. Assuming Mr. Preiss is willing to show the required easement on the Site Plan
(by time of submittal of Final Compliance) then I am comfortable letting the item go to public hearing. I
have left him a message to the effect that we will not approve a Final Plan without the easement shown
and his agreement to dedicate it through separate document.
It is my understanding that we could be getting a revised variance request for the alley (improvements or
not) next Monday, July 25th. Assuming that we get it and it is acceptable then we could schedule the
public hearing.
I also left Mr. Preiss a meesage stating that, because of scheduling and process requirements, there is no
physical way he could possibly begin construction before the end of August to the first part of September.
