Dear Resident:
August 26, 2005
On Tuesday, September 13, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood.
This project is known as the 318 E. Myrtle Accessory Building, Project Development
Plan, #31-05. The request is for an accessory building on the rear portion of the lot at
318 E. Myrtle St. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing single car garage
and the construction of a new 600 square foot accessory building with habitable space.
The property owners will use the accessory building as storage, laundry and study
space. The single family residence on the front portion of the lot will not be affected by
this project development plan. Proposed access to the accessory building is from the
alley behind the property, with a pedestrian path connecting the single family residence
to the new accessory building.
The property is located on the north side of Myrtle Street, between Peterson Street (to
the east) and Matthews Street (to the west). The property is in the NCM —
Neighborhood Conservation, Medium Density Zoning District in the City's Land Use
Code.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 970-221-6750
Sincerely,
?W10q @MkUA,,1
