to submit your final plans for staff review. Please make an appointment with me
(after approval) to submit the following items for final plan review:
- 13 final site/landscape plans (24x36" folded)
- 3 final building elevations (24x36" folded)
- 1 letter stating how you met the issues listed in this comment letter
- Any additional information that may be required from the hearing officer
- Application form with signature (final plan fee has been waived)
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you submit final plans. If you

This project has been scheduled for public hearing on Tuesday, September 13tn
2005 at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room A at 281 N. College Ave. Residents
within 500 feet of the property will be notified of and invited to attend the
public hearing. The public hearing officer will render a decision of approved,
approved with conditions or denied.
