Please reference the site distance easement note on the landscape plan. Comments from Current Planning: 1. If a drive -up A.T.M. is provided, then a walk-up facility must be provided as well. Acknowledged. 2. There appears to be a nine -foot wide drive -through lane on the west edge that does not serve anything. Why not eliminate this extra pavement and add landscaping? This will be an active lane with the drive-thru equipment located in the landscaped area. 3. On the site plan, there are superfluous setback lines on the north and south that can be eliminated. This helps quantify the performance standards. Adding bird houses through out the site will also help these standards to be met. If you are interested in adding bat houses along the canal to help reduce possible insect issues please contact Doug Moore at 224-6143 for additional help. The natural area program may have bat houses that they would supply free of cost. Landscaping within the buffer has been revised using native plant material from the.Fort Collins Native Plants list provided by the Natural Resources Department. Refer to landscape plan.
