Hi Dan - we purchased approx. a 10.86 foot strip from the Weddell's (owners at the the time of the
project). The Warranty Deed was recorded at Reception #93044838. Do you need a copy or any other
info??

Helen,
We are trying to determine how a portion of ROW was dedicated at 1020 W. Prospect. The property has
submitted to become a boarding house, and we would like to get a reception # on the plans. It is Lot #11
of Woods Resubdivision. On the plat, 30' ROW is shown, but it appears that 10' additional were added
when Prospect was widened. Any help would be appreciated.
