information required to be shown should indicate the proposed use (boarding house),
proposed number of boarders (6), and number of parking stalls (3). Section 4.24(E)(2)(b)
does not apply since no new parking lot is proposed. LAND USE DATA ON NEW
DRAWING.

encroachment of the concrete over the utility easement. Who will be responsible for the
replacement of this concrete if a utility needs to access this area? Contact Comcast at 970-

therefore no concerns.
