Prospect( - AutoReply) Hey Shelby, The file for this ROW acquisition shows a purchase price of $9,785.00, of which $1,385.00 was designated for the Fee purchase of the ROW, and $8,400 went for liquidated damages. These numbers which I found in the Purchase Agreement are in keeping with an appraisal we had done at the time. I didn't find mention of any project/construction concessions that were made for the owners - no brick wall or other frontage improvements, it's possible Helen may recall these details. I'm working on a staff report for converting the house at 1020 W. Prospect to a boarding house and need some info. I know that when Prospect was improved, an additional 10.86' of right-of-way was dedicated from the property owners at 1020 W. Prospect. Did the City reimburse the property owner for this? Also, do you know if the City was responsible for the brick wall in front of the house and any other frontage improvements? The reception # for the ROW is 93044838 if that helps.
