On Monday, April 24th, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Conference Room A, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.*, the City of Fort Collins Administrative
Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for two development
proposals. The first item on the agenda is a project proposal in your
neighborhood, known as 410 Linden Street Project Development Plan, File
#45-05.
This is a request for a change of use from a single-family residence to a
commercial retail use. The owner wishes to use the existing building as an ice
cream shop. The site is zoned RDR — River Downtown Redevelopment District.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are
encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the
opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details
of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about
the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
