We will be asking for 6' attached sidewalks with enough ROW to accommodate the walks and an additional 2' of clear space behind them (This is for the Prospect and Lake properties only, not Blevins Ct.). If you want, could send an e-mail ahead of time to let Mr. Swanstrom know, or we could just wait until the meeting on Wednesday. I'm just don't want it to be a surprise to you, because I'm sure he won't be happy about it. did tell him in a previous e-mail and at conceptual that we'd probably require these things though. -Dan >>> Shelby Sommer 11/21/2005 3:55:18 PM >>> I've attached the summary of the changes that were approved. He still has until the 25th of Nov. to get his application in under the old regulations.
