I f so, parking areas and vehicle use areas must be paved with asphalt or concrete (Section3.2.2(b)(3)(c) of the Land Use Code). However, not more than 40% of the front yard may be paved. I f the area is not intended for parking, please note so on site plan. Jim S. No additional parking is proposed in the landscaping gravel mulch areas. The gravel mulch has been installed to reduce the demand for water and lawn care.
