KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Robert L. Swanstrom, being
the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado legally described as lot 13 Blevins
FTC, in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate,
transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use
forever a permanent easement for a bus stop bench and or shelter in the City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as fifth teen foot wide by five
foot deep area located at the Southeast corner of the property with the twelve foot dimension
paralleling the Prospect right of way.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins
will accept the duty of maintenance of such easement and any improvements placed upon the
easement by the City.
If said easement should fall into disrepair or not be used as intended for a period of three months
the property owners shall give 90 days notice to the head of engineering department of intent to
void the easement. If issue is not corrected at the end of the 90 days to the satisfaction of the
property owner easement shall be immediately null and void.

We will be discussing your boarding house proposals at tomorrow morning's staff review meeting at 8:30 am in
Conference Room A. You are welcome to attend this meeting, and as usual, Steve and I will issue comment
letters a few days following the meeting.
Also, I just received the following email regarding your Transportation Development Review Fees:
FDP (final submittal fee) - $200 per project rather than the $1,000 per project.
Easement dedication fee - $100 for the dedication of the transit easement on 604 W. Prospect rather than the
$250.

The engineering review fee reduction is great. But I am no longer willing to give and easement for the bus stop
on 604 Prospect period. I will sell the property area for 8/sf period. City to handle replatting cost. I don't want to
pay taxes on the square footage for the next what ever years. No easement!
I'll plan on filing an appeal to the city council if necessary or just keep it as a 3 bedroom property.
My current question
Do I need to be at this meeting tomorrow?
