You are correct in that it was stated by the representative from Habitat for Humanity at the neighborhood meeting that the units would probably be marketed for about $130,000 to $140,000. That information was not included in the notes. At this time I would like to make you aware that the scribing of the notes was done by a representative for the developer. They were provided to me to format and I did only some minor editing. The only reference in the meeting notes to the realtor was in my response to a woman who said that she had been told by her realtor that the subject property was going to be a park. My response to her that evening was that there never had been a park planned for that property and that the Planning Department frequently receives comments and concerns from people that they had been told by developers. realtors, or someone else that a property was going to be something else. I apologize for the way the reference in the meeting notes was stated and interpreted. Regarding the reference to existing and proposed home values, that is the way the issue was recorded by the individual scribing the notes. If you would like to have the meeting notes revised I am willing to work with the scriber to make the revisions based on your input. Steve Olt >>> <Adelbmt@aol.com> 10/29 3:55 PM >>> After several phone calls I did receive the minutes of the Sept.28, 2005 meeting. I would like to point out and go on record to several inaccuracies in the minutes. Concerning the question on pricing- a range was given but it was explained that the actual price was not established yet. I do feel that the price range was part of the meeting and should have been included in the minutes. Concerning the person who claims to be a realtor- I am that person and I am a Realtor. If there was a question on the validity of that statement, it should have been brought up. I do carry my Colorado Real Estate Broker's license with me. That's like me saying that the meeting was hosted by people claiming to be City of Ft Collins employees. Also,my statement was that our home values would go down and their home values would go up. That is a huge difference from saying that our home values will equalize. Please be more objective and thorough in your reporting. Page 1 From: Steve Olt To: Adelbmt@aol.com Date: 10/31/2005 3:20:39 PM Subject: Re: Inovation Island Mr. Bruner, Regarding the neighborhood meeting for the proposed Innovation Island project on September 28, 2005, 1 am not recalling the referenced slams on Realtors by FC City employees or anyone else. Other than the one reference, in a comment and response near the bottom of Page 4 of the neighborhood meeting notes, to someone or real estate agents saying that the land use will be something that is not planned to be, I do not recall other references that you interpret to be slams. About your inquiries to the City regarding what was going to occur on the land behind you and the potential entrances to the property, would you be able to help me with who you might have spoken to? It would also be helpful to know what department or departments you have called. I do know that you and I have never spoken previously. Obviously, now that there is a 'real' development proposal in the City for review the possible allowable access points to the subject property are being evaluated. Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns that you would like to discuss. Steve Olt >>> <Adelbmt@aol.com> 10/29 4:16 PM >>> I re -read the minutes again and I do have another comment. There were several slams on Realtors made at this meeting, generally by FC City employees. have yet to be lied to by a Realtor but was lied to by city employees on three different occasions. Before we built on Lookout Land, we called three times to find out what was going on with the property behind us. We (my wife and 1) were told that nobody knew yet (true), but were told all 3 times that there was only one entrance to the property(corner of So Taft Hill Road and Harmony Road) and that the city would not allow anymore entrances. Three separate calls and 3 times told the same thing by the city. Keith Bruner
