RE: Priority Processing and Waiver of Development Plan Fees for Habitat's
Innovation Island Project
The project is located at the intersection of Harmony and Taft Hill Road and will have
100% of the units affordable to households earning 50% and below Area Median Income
(AMI).
The project meets the City's definition for affordability and qualifies for Priority
Processing and a 100% waiver of its Development Review Plan Fees. The waiver only
applies to fees charged by the Current Planning Department.
Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project in the development
review process. The developer will be submitting an application for review to the Current
Planning Department on Wednesday, October 4, 2005.
