"General Construction Notes # 1 through 18, 20 through 39, and 42 through 46
as listed in Appendix E-1 of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards
(LCUASS) shall apply and be followed for this project."
Jim Swanstrom; Many of these notes in no way apply to this project. I have
talked to Sheri Langenberger and have included the notes that we have agreed
would apply.
I am resubmitting three copies and the last red marked drawings.

PDP was submitted prior to the adoption of the Extra -Occupancy House
supplementary regulations so that you don't have any problems later on with
this house having to meet those new requirements.

[7/25/07] Please label all driveways and sidewalks as "existing" or "proposed".
All driveways must be a minimum of 19' deep so that cars are not overhanging
the sidewalk, especially since the existing sidewalk is only 2.5' wide.
