PDP was submitted prior to the adoption of the Extra -Occupancy House
supplementary regulations so that you don't have any problems later on
with this house having to meet those new requirements.

"proposed". All driveways must be a minimum of 19' deep so that cars are
not overhanging the sidewalk, especially since the existing sidewalk is only
2.5' wide.
