Please print the plan on mylar and sign the ownership certification and have it notarized. I will get the Director of Planning signature and have your plan recorded. 620 W. Prospect - One item needs to be addressed (see attached comment letter). Please revise the plan and print it on mylar. Sign the ownership certification and have it notarized. I will check the plan to make sure that the last comment was addressed before getting the Director of Planning signature and then will have your plan recorded. 638 W. Prospect - There are still issues with the plat and plans (see attached comment letter). Please revise the plat and site plan and re -submit within 90 days for another round of review. You will need to submit 3 comment response letters, 3 site plans and 3 subdivision plats. I have redlines here at my office for you to pick up. Once these changes are made City staff is ready to accept mylars for all 3 plans. The red -lined plans, reflecting the changes, are available for you on the Development Review Center counter.
