604 W. Prospect - Ready for mylar. Please print the plan on mylar and
sign the ownership certification and have it notarized. I will get the
Director of Planning signature and have your plan recorded.
620 W. Prospect - One item needs to be addressed (see attached comment
letter). Please revise the plan and print it on mylar. Sign the
ownership certification and have it notarized. I will check the plan to
make sure that the last comment was addressed before getting the
Director of Planning signature and then will have your plan recorded.
638 W. Prospect - There are still issues with the plat and plans (see
attached comment letter). Please revise the plat and site plan and
re -submit within 90 days for another round of review. You will need to
submit 3 comment response letters, 3 site plans and 3 subdivision plats.
I have redlines here at my office for you to pick up. I will leave them
at the front counter with your name on them. Please let me know if you
prefer to have them mailed to you.

Jim,
There is one dimension that is needed on the 300 Blevins Court plan and one minor revision to the note
about the shed at the southwest corner of the lot on the 605 West Lake Street plan. Once these changes
are made City staff is ready to accept mylars for all 3 plans. The red -lined plans, reflecting the changes,
are available for you on the Development Review Center counter.
