Road and Nancy Gray Drive. The Minor Amendment is for the following changes to the storage unit parcel only: A) Site and Landscape Plans: 1) Number of total buildings has been reduced from 16 buildings to 12 buildings. 2) The area of the individual buildings has changed. 3) Turf in the detention pond and along the perimeter of .the site, except along Joseph.Allen Drive, has been replaced with a native seed mix. 4) Shrub planting around the perimeter of the site has been revised: 5) Added a CMU screen wall at the office/residence for privacy.
