Dear Resident or Property Owner
On Tuesday, September 20th, 2005, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Putnam Elementary
School Flex Room at 1400 Maple St., the City of Fort Collins Current Planning
Department will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in
your neighborhood. The project is known as 1734 W. Mountain Avenue B&B.
This is a request for a change of use for the existing residence to become a 5 bedroom
bed and breakfast establishment. The conversion would not involve any changes or
additions to the exterior of the building, only some minor changes to the site, such as
paving the parking area. The existing building is on an approximately'/2 acre site.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 970-221-6750
Sincerely,
Anne H. Aspen
