Proposed use: Bed n Breakfast
Existing floor plan: 5 bedroom, 2bath - 3343 finished sq. ft. — 2 stories with
basement
Proposed changes: Split existing bathroom into 2 full baths, one for the master suite
and the other for the remaining 2 bedrooms, all on the top floor. Hallway to be
widened slightly to accommodate easier access to all rooms upstairs.
The main level of the home and basement is to remain structurally the same.
Kitchen to be remodeled with new cabinet doors, counter tops, appliances and wall
finishes keeping in line with a Country! French decor. This level also includes two
parlor rooms, dining room, breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and
laundry room.
Landscaping is going to be completely cleaned up and refurbished.
We also have plans to create guest parking behind the garage on the
northwest corner of the parcel using compacted colored gravel.
We have currently contracted High Craft remodeling contractors of Fort
Collins to create the design drawings for the proposed changes.
