There are several changes to the Site Plan that must be made before approval and recording of the plan. Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Susan Joy Topic: General Number: 27 Created: 10/10/2006 [10/10/06] Please dimension ALL existing sidewalks on the property. Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Dan DeLaughter Topic: General Number: 1 Created: 11 /23/2005 [10/10/06] Please remove the OLD incorrect labeling (it conflicts with the NEW correct labeling). [6/8/06] The sidewalk is only 32" here. With curb and gutter, it may be 4.5', but please label as 32" sidewalk, not 4.5 'concrete. [11/23/05] Sidewalk along frontage must be dimensioned. Number: 9 Created: 12/1/2005 [10/10/06] Per Sheri Langenberger, the notation stating that the shed will be moved at such time the utility companies need access is acceptable to engineering. However, are there any minimum setback requirements from either Building and Zoning or Planning? [6/9/06] The shed is within the easement. [12/1/05] Show the existing 5' easement (per Blevins Subdivision plat) on south of the site. It appears your shed is located within this easement. The shed would have to be moved or utilities must give approval for it to remain. Number: 24 Created: 6/23/2006 [10/10/06] The Final Compliance Fee has been reduced to $200 per the City Engineer. [6/23/06] At the time of Final Compliance, a $1000 Transportation Development Review fee will be owed to engineering. Be sure and return all red -lined plans when you re -submit. Page 1
