I do not have any issues. From this I conclude that the TIS will not need to be changed/amended. Matt

Subject: Proposed change to Timberline Center Plans
To all:
Sandy and I have spoken with Kris and he is OK with widening Sagebrush Drive to Commercial Local
Standards. Our intent is to hold the centerline and widen the right of way east and west 4.5' (for 74' of
right of way rather than 63'). &y N d Q M U C H?
On the west side of the street, there would not need to be change to the storage unit locations. They
are still outside of the right of way and the 9' utility easemen . On the east side of the street, there are 4
proposed buildings. The south 3 buildings are OK where they are currently located (they would still be
outside of the 9' easement). The north building on the east side (Lot 6) will be modified to shift and shrink
to get out of the 9' utility easement.
Sandy will be revising the site plan to show these changes. There will be no change to water or sewer
and minimal change to the storm sewer. The profile of the street would not be modified.
We would ask for a meeting with all interested parties sometime next week so that we can present this
revised site plan. We would hope that by widening the street, we could avoid changing the TIS and
revising the plans and plat at this time. Assuming we get our letters of intent, we are still trying to meet the
December P&Z hearing deadlines that are fast approaching.
Please let me know if anyone has any issues with this proposal.
Thanks.
Mike
