Dear Sir:
I attended the meeting on June 1st regarding the Talon Estates proposed project.
My wife and I own the property at 2120 Falcon Drive east and adjacent to the
proposed project.
Our particular concern is in regard to the safety of the horses we board. The
proposed fencing is three rail plastic which provides no separation between
persons and my horses. Of particular concern is persons feeding horses rations
not authorized by the owners.
To assure the safety and health of the animals we board, I would require a
privacy fence between the properties. This may affect your decision on the
number of lots that could be accommodated by the proposed project.
