we have transferred lot area to the Tract Without the tract, we meet the
zoning requirement's minimum lot size.
The development of the tract works well with this project and with
wildlife movement corridor.
The Tract is non buildable. The homeowners association will be
responsible for this tract Please reference the revised modification
request
