Pond outlet in a proposed storm sewer east to Taft Hill Road Number 9: Stewart & Associates Response: With developing the wildlife buffer zone we have transferred lot area to the Tract Without the tract, we meet the zoning requirement's minimum lot size. The development of the tract works well with this project and with wildlife movement corridor. The Tract is non buildable.
