Service rights fees will apply to any existing or future electric service for a period of 10 years. Number: 7 Created: 6/9/2004 [6/9/04] Katy Carpenter of the GIS Department indicated that the "highlighted" bearing and distance as shown on the annexation plat is overshooting where it should line up with their parcel base and existing City limits. They are urging the City to consider including State Highway parcels (East Mulberry Street) north of this location in the annexation, as well.
