This project is known as the Heffington Farm Subdivision, Project Development Plan, #2-06. The request is to consolidate and replat three adjacent properties into one legal lot. The three properties are 1815 West Drake Road, 1821 West Drake Road and the driveway parcel which provides access to the other two properties. No development is proposed with this replat request. The properties are south of West Drake road, east of South Taft Hill Road and north of Hull Street. This proposal is in the LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District and is subject to the standards set forth in the Fort Collins Land Use Code. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
