City Acquisition of Narrow Parcel(s)
Dear Alex:
On December 5, 2002 Jim Sell and I met with Cameron Gloss and Troy Jones of the City of Fort Collins
Current Planning Department and J.R. Wilson of the City's Engineering Department at the Cloverleaf
Mobile Home Park They wanted to discuss with us the potential for one or two narrow strips of land
within the park along its west and north property lines to be annexed into the City. This would allow the
City to jurisdictionally close an eastern loop of the City along I-25. If this land were to be annexed, it,
would be subject to the fees previously discussed with you by Mr. Gloss, but the City would terminate
the existing annexation agreement for the north half of the mobile home park.
Please forward this letter to your attorney, and should you or he have any questions, please do not
hesitate to contact either Jim or me. I believe that the City will be in direct contact with you in this
