As mentioned previously, if this land were to be annexed, the City would terminate the existing annexation agreement for the north half of the mobile home park However, our statement that the annexed strips of land would be subject to City storm water fees is no longer accurate. Cameron Gloss indicated to Jim Sell last week via phone conversation that the Storm Water Department would waive storm water fees for these narrow strips of land. I believe the City is awaiting notice from you as to whether you have any interest in pursuing this option.
