As per your request, enclosed you will find a copy of the recorded questions,
comments, concerns, and responses from the Neighborhood Meeting held on
Monday, March 13, 2006, for the change of use proposal at 4900 South College
Avenue.
A public hearing by the Planning and Zoning Board for this project has not yet been
scheduled. If you are an affected property owner within 500 feet from the
property under review., you will receive notification of the hearing and be invited
to attend and/or comment.
I encourage you to review these questions, comments, concerns, and responses
thoroughly for completeness and accuracy. A copy of this meeting summary will be
provided to the Planning and Zoning Board prior to the public hearing. Please
