7, 2013, the City of Fort Collins created a
Vested Property Right upon the follow-
ing described land:

Harmony Technology Park Third Filing,
Second Replat File #FDP130021.
Combined Proiect Development
Plan/Final Plan for a building expansion
to the Custom Blending facility located
at 3461 Precision Drive, a manufacturer
of spices, seasonings and flavoring ex-
tracts. The expansion creates space pri-
marily for the manufacture of extracts
in-house. The approximate 31,700 sq ft
existing Custom Blending building is lo-
cated on 3 acres in Lot 2 in the Harmony
Technology Park Third Filing. The addi-
tion to the east of the existing building
contains approximately 35,000 sq ft and
expands into a portion of Lot 3. This
Proiect includes replotting to combine
Lot 2 and Lot 3. The expansion is 40-50
Production/warehouse and approximate -
Iv 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft of office space. The
new building expands over the previous
44-space employee parking lot. Proiect
build -out Provides new access drives on
the south and east sides of the building
and new Parking area an the east side.
