[11/27/07] A note has been added, however, please revise the note to read "At such
time access is needed to the easement...". (Please see redlines). The reason it
can't state "city crews" is because there are other utilities besides the city's that have
access to that easement and may need to do so at some point in the future. We
can't limit the access to utility easement to just the city crews.
[10/10/06] Please add the same note to this project as you have on the 605 West
Lake project regarding the shed in the utility easement.
Please correct the items listed above. When those items have been corrected,
please submit your final plan on mylar. You will need to sign the owner certification
and have it notarized. I will collect the Director of Planning signature and have your
plan recorded.

Subject: Extra Occupancy Rental Houses
Hello Jim,
Comments are finally in for the three extra -occupancy rental houses that I have been
reviewing. Here's a status report:
604 W. Prospect - Ready for mylar. Please print the plan on mylar and sign the ownership
certification and have it notarized. I will get the Director of Planning signature and have your
plan recorded.
620 W. Prospect - One item needs to be addressed (see attached comment letter). Please
revise the plan and print it on mylar. Sign the ownership certification and have it notarized.
I will check the plan to make sure that the last comment was addressed before getting the
Director of Planning signature and then will have your plan recorded.
638 W. Prospect - There are still issues with the plat and plans (see attached comment
letter). Please revise the plat and site plan and re -submit within 90 days for another round of
review. You will need to submit 3 comment response letters, 3 site plans and 3 subdivision
plats.
I have redlines here at my office for you to pick up. I will leave them at the front counter
