How will this be addressed or prevented so that cars are not parking/driving across the front yard? Number: 20 Created: 6/16/2006 [6116106] Please dimension proposed parking stalls. Straight -in parking stalls for standard vehicles should be 23 feet long, or 21 feet if a curb/wheel stop is provided. Jim Swanstrom. Wood landscape timbers will be installed on the west side of the new asphalt to control traffic flow. We have adjusted the asphalt to have 3 stalls 9 foot wide by 19 deep. I believe the stall requirements are 19' and 17 not the 23 and 21 you mentioned above.
