Staff has reviewed your submittal for 638 WEST PROSPECT ROAD BOARDING
HOUSE PDP AND FINAL PLANS, and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:

[3/7/08] Asphalt paving appears to already be in place. If this is the case, please
remove "new" from the asphalt paving labels on the site plan.

[3/11/08] The plat has labeled the easement in question as an electrical easement.
Please label the site/landscape plans to match the plat.
[11/27/07] This easement needs to be labeled correctly on the site/landscape plan
and the plat. I think it is a "utility easement" but the plat does not (and needs to)
specify.
[10/10/06] Please show, label and dimension the existing easement discussed
below.
[6/9/06] There is an existing 5' by 10' utility easement on the SE comer of the
property for the electric transformer. Please include this on the plat. In addition, any
other existing easements must be shown on the plat.
[12/l/05] Show utilities on plan. When platting, we would need appropriate
easements dedicated to accommodate them.
