Jim Birdsall, representing the proposed Boma Property development, would like to meet with specific City
staff to discuss a "new" conceptual plan for the property, apparently somewhat different than what we saw
in June, 2005. The Boma Property is 82 acres located at the southwest corner of East Douglas Road and
Turnberry Road.
The Boma Annexation & Zoning request is in for review now (see ther attached Memorandum setting
public hearing dates), with the requested UE - Urban Estate District (consistent with the Structure Plan).
Jim is available tomorrow afternoon, Jan. 4th, anytime Thursday, Jan. 5th, or anytime Friday, Jan. 6th.
know tomorrow afternoon is short notice, so are there good times on either Thursday or Friday?
