The proposed development is commonly known as Boma Annexation and Zoning, #53-05. This is a request to annex and zone 82.05 acres located at the southwest corner of East Douglas Road (County Road 54) and Turnberry Road (County Road 11). The property contains one existing farmstead with agricultural uses and several existing oil wells. The requested zoning for this annexation is UE, Urban Estate. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
